Cleveland, Georgia-July 23, 2004 (North Ga. Corn Maze)--Grand Opening for the first Adrian Fisher Maze in Georgia! Adrian Fisher is the world's leading maze designer--awarded six Guinness World Records with over 30 million visitors to his mazes.

Today, Biggers and Callaham, Inc. announced that they will celebrate their Grand Opening for the North Ga. Corn Maze on Saturday, August 7, 2004. In commemoration of this special event, all tickets will be $6.00 between the hours of 10:00 am-10:00 pm. The maze is located at 559 Tom Bell Road, off of Hwy 75 between Cleveland and Helen. The North Ga. Corn Maze will be a major visitor attraction for our area, and will also provide family entertainment for the locals. It is anticipated that the maze, which will be open until October 31st, will attract over 15,000 visitors and significantly increase revenue for White County.

Speaking earlier today, White County Commissioner Chris Nonnemaker said "My
wife and I took our daughter through the corn maze on a Saturday evening and
thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The corn maze is incredible and with the
mystery check points and puzzles it adds a whole different element of fun
and enjoyment for the whole family. This is a great way to enhance tourism
for our community and gives our County residents something different to do
and is great family entertainment. Try it at night or with a big group of
friends. We're definitely coming back in the fall!" Mr. Heath Biggers believes it will make a huge difference to his family and to the community. "We expect to employ several people in the fall. Not bad for a field of silage!"

This year's theme is A-Maze-in Space! It's an exciting space adventure you will never forget. Sizzle your senses and pit your wits against the giant puzzle--getting lost is all part of the fun! This is an 8-acre corn maze with over three miles of mazes in the form of crop circles. Other activities include hay rides, solar system quiz trail competition, hay bale mazes, a courtyard with puzzles, refreshments and souvenirs. The maze is astonishing during the day, and absolutely redefines fun at night!

The maze opened on July 1st. For information on hours of operation, pricing, or to schedule a group reservation, please call (800) 959-1874 or visit www.northgacornmaze.com.
